Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Each garment is handcrafted and undergoes meticulous artisanal finishing.
• Standard processing time of items available in stock: 3–7 business days.
• Made-to-order or specially finished pieces: 7–12 business days.
• During high-volume periods, dispatch times may extend slightly.
• You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon purchase.

Quality Assurance

Every piece passes through an elevated quality protocol: 

1. Artisanal print and fabric evaluation. 
2. Hand-finishing and craftsmanship check.
3. Packaging review and sealing.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Orders are shipped through premium courier partners.
• Delivery: 3–7 business days post-dispatch.
• Remote locations may require additional time.
• Shipping charges or complimentary shipping will be displayed at checkout.
• Tracking details are shared once the package is dispatched. 

International Shipping

• We ship globally through trusted international logistics partners.
• Delivery timelines: 7–21 business days, subject to destination.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees must be borne by the customer.
• Customs processing times vary and may influence delivery dates.
•  If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded and your package may be destroyed by the local authorities.
• You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
• Shaivyya Jaipur has no control over these charges and we can’t specify what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
• Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

Packaging

Your order is wrapped in our signature cloth drawstring bags made in pure cotton, designed to protect the textiles and enhance your unboxing experience.

Split Orders

In the event that an order includes multiple items with varying availability, shipments may be divided. You will receive separate tracking details for each parcel.

Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

• Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If the package returns due to an incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.
• Address changes are only possible before dispatch.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing video of the packaging and item.
• Once marked “delivered” by the courier, Shaivyya Jaipur is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
• For transit losses, we assist in raising claims with the courier partner.
