RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Shaivyya Jaipur, each piece is crafted with care and intention. Owing to the nature of hand block printed textiles, slight variations in print, color, or texture are inherent and celebrated—they do not qualify as defects.

We accept returns or exchanges under the terms below.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Please make an unboxing video while opening the package. 
  • This is mandatory for any claim regarding damage or defect. 
  • Without an unboxing video, returns or exchanges for damaged goods cannot be accepted. 
  • The request should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

Return for International Orders

  • For all international exchanges, the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you.
  • If there is a damaged product, then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation by email.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene, exclusivity, and artisanal integrity, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Custom-sized or made-to-order pieces
  • Accessories and home décor items
  • Gift cards

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • In original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Free from perfume, makeup marks, or alterations.

If the item fails quality inspection upon return, it will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under specific circumstances outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective and the unboxing video has been shared with us within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • The item sent is incorrect.
  • The item is unavailable after order confirmation.

Refund Mode

  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
